OCIM Group
The OCIM group operates through three entities across Paris, Geneva and Lima, each anchoring a specific function of the integrated chain from mine to institutional supply.
What we are.
OCIM is an integrated gold producer to offer banking grade compliance, from the artisanal and small-scale mine to the refined bar.
The group sources ore from formalising artisanal and small-scale miners in Peru and produces doré delivered to accredited refiners, under a compliance framework consolidated at OCIM Metals & Mining SA in Geneva.
This framework addresses a structural gap in the gold sector: over 20 percent of the world’s production comes from artisanal and small-scale mining, yet reaches less than 1 percent of LBMA Good Delivery throughput, for lack of a mid-chain operator carrying the compliance function.

Trajectory.
OCIM was founded in Paris in 1961 as a real estate house. The pivots came in measured succession: alternative assets in 1990, precious metals exclusively in 2019, vertical integration in 2025.

What sets OCIM apart.
OCIM's model rests on four structural pillars.
Integration, end to end.
OCIM sources the ore, processes it, and trades and delivers the doré bars, across every link of the artisanal and small-scale chain, from the mine to the refiner. Each link is operated by a group entity, under one governance.
Banking grade compliance, transposed upstream.
The standards a Swiss bank applies to its counterparties (KYC, due diligence, source of funds, continuous monitoring) are transposed to artisanal and small-scale producers. The framework is designed and consolidated at OCIM Metals & Mining SA in Geneva, and applied at Soleil Metals SAC in Peru through the group’s Compliance Path.
Swiss AMLA supervision for the chain.
OCIM Metals & Mining, the Geneva entity, places the group under Swiss anti money laundering law. The regulatory standard governing the integrated chain is the same one that governs Swiss banks. The supervisor is the FINMA.
Long term relationships with miner partners.
The commercial relationship with each miner partner is formalised through a per-supplier Action Plan that covers technical assistance, safety, environmental practice and progressive alignment with SBG criteria. The Action Plan is reviewed periodically and its implementation supported by dedicated field teams in Arequipa and Nazca.
Group leadership.
Nine roles structure the group's executive functions, based between Paris and Geneva.
Group structure.
The group operates through three main companies in three jurisdictions: OCIM Finance SAS in Paris (holding), OCIM Metals & Mining SA in Geneva (trading and compliance), Soleil Metals SAC in Peru (production).
